Pozn: John Sinclair byl spisovatel a lídr tzv. bílých panterů, což byla jakási bílá verze teroristických černých panterů. Tyto levicově orientované organizace vyzývaly k otevřenému boji proti kapitalismu, což se některým lidem ale vůbec nelíbilo. Není proto divu, že americké tajné služby měly na Johna Sinclaira pěkně spadeno. Nastražily proto na něj past a Sinclair byl nakonec přistižen jak prodává drogy nastrčené agentce od tajné služby. Byl odsouzen na 10 let vězení(They gave him ten for two)! Nutno podotknout, že Amerika 60.let nebyla k uživatelům drog tak benevolentní jako dnes. Po 27 měsících byl ale John Sinclair, mimo jiné i zásluhou intervencí ze strany Johna Lennona, podmínečně propuštěn na svobodu.
